Pamela Gasek Healthcare Specialist Account Manager Hilti, Inc. since July 2015. Prior to that, Pamela worked for Myomo Inc. for 4 years as medical device business developer at all New England and NY hospitals since 2010. Pamela understands the Joint Commission Inspection of safety protocols and the OSHA regulations for safety of all workers at hospital sites. Pamela has had extensive training by Hilti on all tools, fastening systems and life safety and barrier management critical at Healthcare institutions. She works with architectural firms to aid in safety specifications, and has a team of engineers at Hilti who oversee new construction and renovations at all stages from planning to completion.
Understanding of the 3 options for compliance of the new regulations by OSHA starting JUNE 2018 regarding respirable exposure to silica dust by workers at healthcare institutions. We will review the different compliance methods and associated tools and dust removal systems from Table 1.
