EPA has released the Summer 2018 update to the Resilience and Adaptation in New England (RAINE) database.
New this summer:
- There are now 230 communities included the database. We added 15 communities since the last update. Communities include any group of people working on or planning for climate change adaptation such as, tribes, municipalities, cities, towns, states, specific New England waters, regional planning commissions, and other groups. And we have more than 600 documents tagged using more than 90 search terms.
- Two new programs supporting communities’ resilience efforts have been added to the RAINE database: Sustainable Connecticut and Massachusetts’ Municipal Vulnerability Program (MVP).
